Refund Policies

Our employees strive to make sure each garment gives you a perfect fit. In fact, if we don’t think a product works for you, we say it. However, if you need to return any product after the sale, please observe these guidelines:

  • If you wish to exchange or return your product please contact us ( e-mail) within 5 days of receiving your product
  • All returns must be in new, unworn condition. We will refuse worn shirts, unless they are defective.
  • Please save your shirt package until you determine you have a good fit, so you can return items in their original packing.
  • Once the product is received & is examined thoroughly for approval, we will send you a confirmation email giving you your order details & the amount u can now shop for.
  • We do not provide refund of cash, but don’t worry, your money is safe with us. You can use it the next time you purchase anything from our site.
  • We accept returns only if the product is having any manufacturing defect or in case(s) of wrong product delivery, for any other issue- exchanges are offered.
  • We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.(In case of prepaid payments)

HOW TO APPLY IT

For returning or exchanging any of the items purchased, please contact our customer care team or please write to us once the box is opened:

– Order number
– Delivery address
– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product,please send us an image of the item.

– Once the exchange request is approved by our department , the customer is supposed to send us the parcel back to the address given below :-

Once the product is received & is examined thoroughly for approval, we will send you a confirmation email giving you your order details & the amount u can now shop for.

Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn, unstained and the original tags and labels are intact.
